Packaging All of our products are carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap and shipped within cushioned containers, your item will arrive in excellent condition. If, however, a package arrives damaged, please save the packaging and notify us immediately via email or telephone. Shipping On stock items, orders are shipped promptly the next business day after receipt of order and payment. On custom orders of non-stocking items, you will be notified at the time of ordering how long it will take to make your piece.
